Community Association Privacy Policy & Terms

1. Account Onboarding & Security

To maintain the exclusivity of the association, access is restricted to registered members via a secure verification process:

  • ● First-Time Login: New users must verify their identity using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number.
  • ● Password Setup: Upon successful OTP verification, users are required to set a unique password for future authenticated access.

2. Member Profile & Family Directory

The app allows members to manage their association identity and family records:

Profile Management

Members can update their personal contact information and profile pictures at any time.

Family Details

Users can add and manage details of family members to ensure they are included in association records and events.

3. Association Content & Interaction

Stay engaged with the community through real-time updates and interactive features:

    Gallery & News Access official photos, videos, and newsletters published by the association administration.
  • 📅
    Event RSVP View upcoming community events and respond with "Accept" or "Reject" to help the committee manage logistics and attendance.

4. Data Usage & Notifications

The Sirohi app uses push notifications to alert members about urgent news, new gallery uploads, and event invitations. We do not sell your personal or family data to third parties. Data is used strictly for internal association management and communication.
